We can’t wait to welcome you, so take the time to get to know our office and staff!
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your initial visit will be an oral examination by Dr. Speck, and a discussion of the possible treatment options available for you or your child. Dr. Speck can answer all your questions and address any particular concerns you may have about treatment. If treatment is not indicated as necessary at this time, Dr. Speck will let you know. There is no charge for the Initial Exam.
If treatment is indicated as necessary by Dr. Speck and you would like Dr. Speck to develop a treatment plan for you or your child, time is allotted for diagnostic records to be taken. Diagnostic records are necessary for Dr. Speck to create a treatment plan specific to you or your child’s needs, and consist of x-rays (Panoramic and Cephalometric), diagnostic photos of the face and mouth, and molds of the teeth (study models). We allot 45 minutes for this appointment. If you have a busy schedule and wish to have these records taken on another day, let us know and we will be happy to schedule that appointment. We require payment IN FULL for charges of diagnostic records on the day they are taken.
Once diagnostic records have been taken, a Consultation appointment will be scheduled for Dr. Speck to present his diagnosis and treatment plan.
What to Expect at Your Consultation
This is a private meeting after normal business hours with Dr. Speck in his office, and typically lasts about 30-45 minutes. Dr. Speck will explain all aspects of his diagnosis and provide a detailed explanation of your treatment plan. At this time, you will be given a copy of the treatment plan and the cost of treatment with available payment options to take with you. There will be a charge for the Consultation.
If you would like to get the paperwork out of the way for your first visit, you may download and print the appropriate forms below. It is one page, front and back, so make sure to fill out both sides and bring the completed form to our office. For parents bringing multiple children at a time for initial exams, a form will need to be completed for each child. Please note there are different forms for children and adults.
